Eye Color = EyeShadow

Sometimes it is difficult to find THE eye shadow that highlights the color of your eyes. Here is a way to find those perfect tones, so that your eyes are the stars of the night. For hypoallergenic keep watching.

There are 3 categories in which you can divide different eye colors. We are going to discuss them as brown, green and hazel and blue eyes.

Lets start with the brown eyes…

The brown eyes are known for being able to pull off any color, but if you want the others to appreciate the color of your eyes you may want to try the following colors. Green, pink, blue, purple and even some shades of brown. But, be careful, you don’t want your eyes to look like mud, so try using soft shades of it.

Next, Green and Hazel eyes…

If you want a dramatic look on your eyes and really make them pop, you should go for purple and some pink shades. But if you want them to pop and look natural at the same time, try using warmer shades of brown or warmer colors with a hint of orange undertones. For green eyes, use earth tones with a hint of gold, lavender and mocha browns. You can also use different tones of your eyes color, but just use a bit or a hint, you don’t want your eyes to disappear

Last, but not least, blue eyes…

With blue eyes, try using browns with a hint of purple, gray or taupe. If you want to spice it up a little bit, try pink tones, like corals or rose colored.

.................................................................................................................................................................

When I was in middle school , I began to look for makeup products . Along the way, I realized that many of the commercial products gave me an allergic reaction (watery eyes , itching , sneezing , etc.) . I began to search for information about cosmetics for people prone to allergies , acne and sensitive skin. So , I found the Almay and Clinique brands.

Almay has a variety of eye shadows , already classified by eye color . If you want to create a uniform and smokey look easily, this is the brand you should choose. I recommend that if you buy the Almay brand , buy the matte shadow, as others have a glittery look and it's not very nice in photos. Almay has different kinds of eye shadow, some of them are the almay shadow softies , liquid shadow , among others.

Clinique is a brand, which although a bit pricey , works well and has a lot of variety in their eye products. This is another brand that I recommend, I have been using it for about a year and works wonders. Although, the products look like they have too little content, you just need a little to work with. With eye shadows in sticks and cream, it is a brand with several options for different tastes. Again, if you decide this is the brand for you, go MATTE.

Ombre vs Balayage vs... Which one will win you over?

They’re highlighting techniques, but the results are different. Welcome again, today we are going to be unmasking the differences between: Balayage, Ombre, Sombre and Flamboyage. Let's get started! #1 Ombre As the ombre trend started, you may have noticed that things have evolve a little since. The ombre is a very harsh transition between one color to the other. The results, in some cases, gave the client a very distinct line in the middle of the hair where one color ended to where the other began. Since then, hairstylist have worked on ways to make this trend into the subtle and more natural transitions we see today. #2  Balayage From the French word meaning "to sweep", balayage is a freehand painting technique. This means that your hairstylist dyes freely through your hair. The results are natural looking highlights and dimension. The fade effect that you see from one color to the other - unlike the ombre - helps with how natur

Foundation + Application = Art

Hi, everyone!  Now that we have found our perfect foundation, it is time for application. Taking into account what we learn in the past blog about skin care, choose the one that fits you the most. Now that you have chosen one, wash your face and apply moisturizer, this will help the final look of your application, by removing dirt and oil; and giving moisture.  Tip: Exfoliate at least two times a week to get rid of dead skin and avoid cracked looking skin. Now, to apply your foundation you can do it one of three ways.  Using sponges, a brush or your fingers. Let us explore how this three different methods work. Sponges Wet or dry, this fellows come in different shapes to apply the foundation to different parts of your face.
