Having a Hair Crisis? Here are some ways to promote a Healthy Hair.
Your hair is fragile, lifeless, without volume, or, in short, your hair appears to be like a scarecrow's hair?
As is very hard to remember each of these chemicals, I recommend buying natural products. Stores such as WholeFoods, among others, have a variety of products that do not contain any chemicals or that much chemicals, just ask for help or read more about them to decide wether is good for your kind of hair.
Then you are having a hair crisis. It is time to take matters into your own hands and fix this problem.
There are several reasons why your hair is in this condition. Excess heat, chemicals or unbalanced nutrition. I know this is something that others always say, you should limit the use of hot tools or chemical and should eat better. What they do not tell you is how much you can use your hot tools, or what are the chemicals that you should avoid and what is the balanced nutrition they like to talk about.
What if...
...you don't want to quit using your tools?
...you want to give your hair treatments?
...you don't know what to eat to make the hair look better?
Then I have a few answers for you!
Tools:
Hair dryers and hot tools are a part of our lives. The trick to avoid having to say "goodbye" to these is knowing how to use them. It's not simply about doing what we have seen in Youtube videos and is more than having a brush or hair dryer. Things like the quality of the tool, using the correct heat setting, and how much time do you give your hair to heal, are very important.
- Quality: Quality is not dictated by the price, but the material it is made. We recommend using tools made of ceramic or ceramic tourmaline plates, as they promote healthy hair and are more gentle on the hair. Before using the tool, if you have split ends, cut them out, as it may worsen the situation. Make sure your hair is well conditioned, if naturally better. (Cut your hair every 6 months).
- Heat Setting: Using the right setting of heat prevents hair dryness. It is recommended that people with fine hair use less heat than a person with thick hair. EXPERTS recommend that people with thick hair use a setting between 390 and 425 degrees F.
- Time: EXPERTS agree that you should give your hair at least 24-hours to heal. If your hair starts to look dryer, frizzy and loses luster, then you need to STOP and give your hair at least 2 or 3 days between uses. If alternating days make your hair look healthy enough, then keep it up.
Chemicals:

Healthy Diet:
You could eat everything and, however, have hair that looks bad. So when looking for information you find stuff that talk about protein, omega and many other things that you may not know what they are (as it has happened to me). To get you out of doubt, I have found for you what you need to know:
